Ná die voltooiing van hierdie module sal studente

• oor ‘n gedetailleerde kennisbasis beskik van die oriëntasie tot Ekonomiese en Bestuurswetenskappe;
• oor ‘n gedetailleerde kennisgeletterdheid beskik op grond waarvan hulle die profiel van ‘n Besigheidstudie-onderwyser en -leerder kan verduidelik;
• oor ‘n gedetailleerde kennisgeletterdheid beskik op grond waarvan hulle die Kurrikulum- en Assesseringsbeleidverklaring (KABV) van Besigheidstudie kan interpreteer; en
• metode en werkswyse aanwend op grond waarvan hulle lesbeplanning en lesvoorbereiding in Besigheidstudie kan doen.

After completing this module, students should be able to

• possess a detailed knowledge base of the orientation to Economic and Management Sciences;
• possess a knowledge literacy on the basis of which they can explain the profile of a Business Studies teacher and a Business Studies learner;
• possess detailed literacy knowledge on the basis of which they can interpret the Curriculum and Assessment Policy Statement (CAPS) of Business Studies; and
• apply methods and procedures on the basis of which they can carry out lesson planning and lesson preparation in Business Studies.
