Ná die voltooiing van hierdie module sal studente

• feitekennis rondom die profete en Psalms kan demonstreer;
• kan verduidelik hoedat die profete en die inhoud van hul profesie op Jesus dui;
• die Psalms kan bestudeer om te sien dat Jesus oor Hom en saam met Hom in die Psalms sing.  
• kan verdedig dat die liefde tussen ‘n man en ‘n vrou in Hooglied oor Jesus en die kerk gaan; en
• kan konkludeer wat God van Homself in Jesus openbaar.

After completing this module, students should be able to

• demonstrate factual knowledge of the prophets and the Psalms;
• explain how the prophets and the content of their prophesies point to Jesus;
• inspect the Psalms  to come to the conclusion that we sing  for, about and with Jesus in the Psalms;
• defend the fact that the love between a man and a woman as described in Songs of Solomon, is an image of the relationship of Jesus and the church;
• conclude about how God reveals himself in Jesus.
