• oor ’n kennisgebaseerde geletterdheid beskik wat hulle kan gebruik om onderrig te gee en om die verskillende taalanalisevlakke in die klaskamersituasie te illustreer en te analiseer deur die nasionale onderrigbeleidsdokumente in ag te neem;
• metodes en benaderings kan gebruik wat gebaseer is op hul vermoë om gepaste metodes, tegnieke en prosedures vir gestruktureerde fasilitering en assessering van Afrikaanse linguistiek; en
• oor ’n kennisbasis beskik wat hulle kan gebruik om te verduidelik watter metodes geskik is om spesifieke inligting van verskeie bronne in te win en dit dan in ’n klaskamersituasie toe te pas.

After completing this module, students should be able to

• possess a knowledge-based literacy that they can use to teach and to illustrate and apply the levels of language analysis in a classroom situation by taking the national education policy documents into account;
• use methods and approaches based on their ability to compile appropriate methods, techniques and procedures for structured facilitation and assessment of Afrikaans linguistics; and
• possess a knowledge base that they can use to explain which methods are suitable for gathering specific information from various sources and then apply it in a classroom situation.
