Ná die voltooiing van hierdie module sal studente

• die filosofiese grondslag van ’n Christelik-Reformatoriese kurrikulum kan vergelyk met die filosofiese grondslag  wat ander kurrikulumoriëntasies onderlê;
• die ooreenkomste en verskille tussen Christelik-Reformatoriese kurrikulumteorie en -ontwerp asook die van ander geloofstelsels kan analiseer;
• diepgaande begrip van die kurrikulêre implikasies van ’n Christelik-Reformatoriese epistemologie toon;
• die kurrikulêre implikasies van Christelik-Reformatoriese antropologie kan bespreek; en
• ’n Christelik-Reformatoriese vak-/leerarea-kurrikulum in ’n spesifieke skoolfase kan ontwikkel.

After completing this module, students should be able to

• compare the philosophical basis of a Christian-Reformational curriculum with the philosophical basis underlying other curriculum orientations;
• analyse the similarities and differences between Christian-Reformational curriculum theory and design as well as those of other belief systems;
• demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the curricular implications of a Christian-Reformational epistemology;
• discuss the curricular implications of Christian-Reformational anthropology; and
• develop a Christian-Reformational subject / learning area curriculum in a specific school phase.
