                     Ná die voltooiing van hierdie module sal studente 
- kennis en begrip toon van die grondslae van gehalte-didaktiek vir onderrig-en-leer-doeleindes;
 
- die vermoë toon om gehalte-onderrig en -leer te beplan, te benut, te evalueer en daaroor te reflekteer binne verskeie kontekste en leerareas;
 
- die vermoë toon om verskeie onderrigstrategieë soos direkte onderrig, bespreking, kleingroepe, koöperatiewe leer, probleemoplossing, navorsing deur leerders en gevallestudies binne verskeie kontekste en leerareas te gebruik;
 
- begrip toon vir die kompleksiteit daaraan verbonde om doeltreffende klaskamerbestuurstrategieë, soos doeltreffende klaskameruitleg en administrasie, te kies en toe te pas; en
 
- die vermoë toon om kreatiewe insig, nougesette interpretasies en oplossings vir onderrig-en-leer-probleme te bied wat binne die konteks en vir die leerareas gepas is.

                     After completing this module, students should be able to 
- demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the foundations of quality didactics for the purpose of teaching and learning;
 
- demonstrate the ability to plan, use, evaluate and reflect on quality teaching and learning in a variety of contexts and learning areas;
 
- demonstrate the ability to use various teaching strategies such as direct instruction, discussion, small group, cooperative learning, problem-solving, learner research and case studies in a variety of contexts and learning areas;
 
- understand the complexities of selecting and applying effective classroom management strategies, such as effective classroom layout and administration; and
 
- demonstrate the ability to offer creative insight, conscientious interpretations and solutions to teaching and learning issues appropriate to the context and learning areas.
